About Us

Bill Shorrock established Shorrock Partners in June 2009 having spent 35 years in mid tier and Big 4 accounting firms. The opportunity to focus on client service in a different environment was a major attraction in starting this new firm.

Bill started at what became known as Horwath Sydney in July 1974 and became a partner in July 1987. In that time he was responsible for a group of private clients and small businesses that have remained with him for 20 or 30 years.

In 2007 the Horwath Sydney Partners joined forces with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu to expand services into the middle market.

The opportunity to establish the firm with the support of the longstanding clients has created an environment where we can continue to be responsive to client needs and at the same time provide a more cost effective range of services.
